The quality of cocoa from Arauca is the result of the soil where it germinates, the sun that feeds it and the people who take care of it. This unique combination makes possible the creation of the Alianza Lök - El Alcaraván Chocolate Bars.
Virtual tour of the chocolate workshop
Inaugurated in 2017, with a production capacity of 24 tons per year, the workshop works on three production lines. The first one goes from the roasting of the bean to the production of cocoa liquor; the second one starts from the conching phase to the production of chocolate bars; and in the third line it is possible to produce dragees, where the chocolate is covered with fruits or nuts, among others.
