THE PRODUCTS ARE GLUTEN FREE - GLUTEN FREE?
All our products are gluten free! however, there is the (almost null) possibility that it has traces because in the plants where we make our products, others are also produced that do contain gluten. If it can put your health at risk, we recommend you to ask your doctor before consuming it.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY HONEY CRYSTALLIZES?
What happened in this case is the natural process of crystallization. this is normal and means that the honey is 100% natural and healthy. This can occur at different times given the season, temperature, humidity and what the bees consume. Don't worry! the honey is still perfectly edible, to return it to its desired state, it is only necessary to put it in a water bath for a few minutes, it´s flavor and texture should return to how it was before.
WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY LÖK CHOCOLATE BAR?
The Lök chocolate bar you have in your hands is designed to be consumed directly, some of our customers like to make cup chocolate; this can be done by heating milk or your favorite vegetable drink and melting a small piece of chocolate in it.
ARE LÖK PRODUCTS VEGAN?
All our products are suitable for vegans, except our honey, the 37% sugar free chocolate bar, the white chocolate and cocoa nibs bark and the white chocolate couverture.
WHAT DOES THE PERCENTAGE OF MY LÖK CHOCOLATE BAR MEAN?
The percentage of our chocolate refers to the cocoa content in the bar or coating, this means that the remaining percentage is composed of cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla extract, sugar or maltitol.
