- Delivery time is 2 to 5 days (in working days). Confirmation of payment will be sent via email. For credit and debit card payments, our payment processor must approve the transaction, which may take up to two business days.

- When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

- For purchases on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, the delivery time will begin to count from the next business day of confirmation of your purchase.

In case there is no one at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will make up to two additional delivery attempts. If we are unable to deliver, the product will be returned, and we will contact you to arrange a new shipment.)
